Organic Raw Blueberry Powder
Why it's great quality
Small in size, great in stature. The succulent blueberries we use are harvested at their peak and then air dried at a low temperature to ensure no nutrients are lost. The whole of the berry - the skin, flesh, seeds and juice - is used so you get the best from nature’s super fruit.

Our organic raw blueberry powder is naturally high in antioxidants, and packed full of micronutrients including vitamins A, C, E and K.
Please note that this is not the expensive freeze-dried version, so it doesn’t have the same intense flavour and it has a different consistency, which means it doesn't dissolve in water as well.
WHAT IT'S FOR
Naturally sweet and mildly tangy, our organic raw blueberry powder is very fine in texture and easy to mix into everything from smoothies to muffin batter, whilst adding a splash of natural colour. Sprinkle the powder over your yoghurt or granola for a morning boost, or add it to coconut milk and cashew nuts to make a raw vegan cheesecake that your customers will love.

WHERE IT’S FROM
Our current batch of organic blueberry powder is made from blueberries grown on fertile plains by European farmers.
Environmental impact
As our organic blueberry powder is produced in the EU rather than Asia, it has not travelled as many miles to reach us here at NutriCraft.
All EU produce has to adhere to very strict rules about production, so rest assured it has been sustainably sourced and everyone in the supply chain has the right to good working conditions and fair pay.
