Yes. We offer free delivery to most UK postcodes on orders over £100.

Some postcode and location restrictions apply, particularly for heavier orders. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same working day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders over 2kg are generally sent by courier and usually arrive the next working day when ordered before our cut-off time.

Smaller orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 48, although faster delivery options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier or postal delays.

Yes. Faster delivery options may be available at checkout, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Yes, we ship to a number of EU countries.

Since Brexit, delivery can take longer and you may need to pay VAT, import duty or other customs charges before your order is released.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Denmark, Germany or Luxembourg.

You can return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an item by mistake, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products.

If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with a product, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can investigate.

Please note that personal preference, such as not liking the taste or flavour of a product, is not normally considered a product quality issue.

If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and send you the correct product.

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or collection of the damaged goods.

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. In most cases, refunds are issued within a few working days of receiving the returned items.

Almost all of our products are organic.

Where a product is certified organic, this will be clearly stated in the product name and description.

Our organic products are certified by the Organic Food Federation.

We take product quality and safety seriously. Our products have supporting documentation and Certificates of Analysis (COAs), including testing relevant to microbiological quality and heavy metals.

Our retail pouch products are packed at our facility in Bristol.

Many of our larger bulk products are supplied in their original packaging from the manufacturer or supplier.

Yes. Our products are non-GMO.

Yes. All NutriCraft products are suitable for a vegan diet.

Yes. Our products are gluten-free.

Our facility and product range are fully allergen-free.

However, ingredients and specifications can occasionally change, so we recommend always checking the product information and label before use, particularly if you have a severe allergy.

Yes. Many of our products are available in larger pack sizes for businesses, manufacturers and regular users.

Yes. If you require product documentation, please contact us with the product name and, where relevant, the batch number you require information for.

Storage instructions vary depending on the product.

Please follow the storage information provided on the product packaging and product page. Most dry powders and foods should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Some products, particularly natural oils and butters, may change consistency depending on temperature. This does not necessarily affect their quality.

The best-before date can be found on the product packaging.

Once opened, please store the product according to the instructions on the label and keep the packaging properly sealed.

Many of our customers use NutriCraft ingredients in food, drink, supplements and skincare products.

However, if you are manufacturing products for resale, you are responsible for ensuring that your finished product complies with all relevant food, cosmetic, labelling and other applicable regulations.
