2. Ordering Products
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send confirmation that your products have been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where:
· products are unavailable;
· there has been an obvious pricing error;
· we are unable to fulfil the order for legal or regulatory reasons; or
· we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
3. Products and Product Information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, nutritional information and other details on our website are accurate.
However:
· colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown;
· packaging may change from time to time;
· minor variations may occur due to natural differences in agricultural products.
Our products are intended to be used in accordance with the instructions provided on our packaging and website.
You are responsible for checking product information, including ingredients and allergen information, before use.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is taken securely through our approved payment providers at the time your order is placed.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales stated on our website, although delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for providing accurate delivery information remains with the customer.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country and for any customs charges, duties, taxes or import requirements that may apply.
6. Returns and Cancellations
UK and EU consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have the right to cancel your order within the applicable legal cancellation period.
Due to the nature of our products, certain food items may be exempt from cancellation rights where they:
· are sealed products which are not suitable for return once opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons; or
· have been opened after delivery.
Our voluntary returns policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy for unopened and unused products.
To request a return:
· contact us within 30 days of receiving your order;
· provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return;
· ensure products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Returned products must be sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund for eligible returns.
Opened products
We understand that occasionally customers may have concerns about a product after opening it. If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us with details of the problem.
Where appropriate, we may offer a refund, replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where products are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise do not comply with consumer protection legislation.
7. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
· products arrive damaged;
· you receive incorrect products; or
· you believe a product is faulty.
We may request photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
8. Food Products and Storage
Our products must be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the packaging and website.
We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration, damage or reduced quality caused by incorrect storage, exposure to unsuitable conditions, contamination after opening, or use outside the recommended guidelines.
9. Allergens and Dietary Requirements
We provide ingredient and allergen information for our products where required by law.
Customers are responsible for checking product information before purchase and use, particularly if they have allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements.
If you have any questions about ingredients or suitability, please contact us before ordering.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
· promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
· promotions cannot be used retrospectively;
· we reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

· loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control;
