Organic MCT Oil Powder
Why it's great quality
This is organic medium-chain triglyceride oil in powder form. It contains 30% organic acacia fibre which allows the MCT oil to stabilise in powder form, making it useful for applications where a liquid may not be suitable. It's made using high quality organic Sri Lankan coconuts, some of the finest in the world. The acacia fibre adds practically no calorific value to the product.
The composition of the oil part is:
- Caprylic Acid (C8) - 55%
- Capric Acid (C10) - 35%
Which means that per 100g there is:
- Caprylic Acid (C8) - 38.5g
- Capric Acid (C10) - 24.5g
The powder is a smooth, uniform consistency and ready to go in your creations.

What it's for
The most common use for MCT oil powder is for those on keto diets and making bulletproof coffee, however it has many other applications as a supplement and food ingredient.

Where it's from
Our organic MCT oil powder is made from coconuts grown on the ancient coconut estates of Sri Lanka, where it’s long been depended on by locals as a nutrient-rich treasure trove.
We only use adult humans to pick and refine our coconuts. Never human children or monkeys. We’re not joking. In some regions of the world pig-tailed macaques are made to collect hundreds of coconuts a day; they are shackled and worked so hard they faint. We will have no part in slavery, human or animal.
Environmental impact
We only work with organic certified Sri Lankan virgin coconut estates because they use organic compost fertilisers, not chemicals.
