This is 100% pure organic medium-chain triglyceride oil, also know as MCT oil. It's made wholly from organic certified coconuts, no other oils are used. The MCT is made using a gentle crystallisation process which uses less heat than distillation and helps protect the nutritional profile of the oil.

1kg = 1052ml.

The composition of this oil is:

  • Caprylic Acid (C8) - 60%
  • Capric Acid (C10) - 38%
  • Caproic Acid (C6) - 1%
  • Lauric Acid (C12) - 1%


Nothing added, nothing taken away. No additives or preservatives. No nasties.

Our 1L bottles are packed in glass and the 5L bottles come in HDPE plastic jugs. Both are packed at source which allows us to keep costs down and give you great value MCT oil.

What it's for

The most common use for MCT oil is for those on keto diets and making bulletproof coffee, however it has many other applications as a supplement and food ingredient.

Where it's from

Our 100% pure organic MCT oil is made from coconuts grown on the ancient coconut estates of Sri Lanka, where it’s long been depended on by locals as a nutrient-rich treasure trove.

We only use adult humans to pick and refine our coconuts. Never human children or monkeys. We’re not joking. In some regions of the world pig-tailed macaques are made to collect hundreds of coconuts a day; they are shackled and worked so hard they faint. We will have no part in slavery, human or animal.

Environmental impact

We only work with organic certified Sri Lankan virgin coconut estates because they use organic compost fertilisers, not chemicals.
